No electrical system can be considered 'safe' for use unless it has been inspected, tested and certificated.
Maynard Bros provides periodic inspections and testing of your electrical installation for both domestic and commercial clients.
All testing is carried out in accordance with the 17th edition of the I.E.E. Regulations (BS7671) and NICEIC standards.

Our periodic reports are accepted by insurance companies, mortgage lenders, landlords and local authorities.
What does the Periodic Report show?
The report will show a schedule of test results (the condition of the electrical installation), observations and any recommendations which without could affect your electrical safety.

What needs PAT Testing?
As a general rule any electrical appliance with a plug fitted. Your appliances/leads will be tested for a variety of faults and given either a pass or fail sticker as appropriate.
